How Theme & Prop Hire Works
Step 1: Consultation
Contact your vision, date, and needs. We will talk about your theme, type of events, size of venue and your needs. Post mood boards or inspirational pictures to make us see what you want.
Step 2: Quote & Selection
We will also give a very specific quote and propose props that fit your theme. You may view our catalogue, make choices, or place order packages. We are able to organise viewings of objects where needed.
Step 3: Booking Confirmation
After making a good choice we will cheque in on the availability and get your booking with a deposit. You will get an inventory list and terms of hire.
Step 4: Delivery and Set-up (Optional)
Selection of collection or delivery. We provide the optional set up services in case of bigger events so that everything will appear ideal. Prop can be prepared in the area to the case of studio bookings.
Step 5: Your Event or Shoot
Make your occasion or photo shoot special with expert props that can make your vision come to life. Everything is well maintained and displayed.
Step 6: Return or Collection
Give back your returns within your hire term or we can pick them up. Products must be given back in the same state (not much wear and tear). On checking of items, your deposit is refunded.
Frequently Asked Questions
At which time should I book?
In the case of studio photoshoots we suggest a booking of 1-2 weeks prior. In the case of events, particularly during peak seasons (spring/summer weddings, December festivities) it is advisable to make 4-8 weeks prior reservation so that we may be assured that you would get what you want.
Is it possible to see the props prior to booking?
Yes! Viewing is done by appointment. This particularly comes in handy when planning larger occasions when you would prefer to have colours and sizes actually in front of you.
What should happen in case of any damages?
We realise that accidents occur. Normal wear and tear are covered and anticipated. In case of serious damages, up to the amount that you have deposited will pay. We provide the optional damage waiver insurance.
Will you be able to order certain props that I require?
Absolutely. When we do not have it in our existing line we can usually get it to you. Get in touch with us with our requirements and we will make the best to satisfy your needs.
Is it possible to hire your studio together with theme and prop?
Yes! When you combine studio hire with prop hire we will give you some special package rate. Our studio props are many and are free upon booking of the studio.
